The foreign minister of Bangladesh said that the BGP members who have taken refugees in Bangladesh from Myanmar will be sent back after discussion as before. Dr. Hasan Mahmud
The foreign minister said this on Tuesday (March 12) afternoon. Earlier on Monday (March 11) morning, 29 members of the Myanmar Border Guard Force (BGP) once again took shelter in Bangladesh through the Jamchari border area of Naikxyongchari Upazila of Bandarban. They have been kept in BGB custody.
According to local sources, currently 29 BGP members are kept in tea garden area of Nurul Alam near pillar number 45 of the border.
